Company History:
1990 Established Rich Brand Industries Limited from Taiwan in Talang Town, Dongguan City,
Guangdong Province.
1991 1st January began to put into production，established the Sun-Lite Sockets Industry Inc.
in Taiwan, and established Rich Brand – HongKong Branch.
1993 Started to talk about join-venture with Taiwan Concord Co., Ltd.
Sept. of 1993 started foreign trade business.
1994 Join-ventured with Taiwan Concord Co., Ltd.，and purchased 30,000 squire meters land.
1995 Granted ISO 9002 quality management system by DNV，and T-MARK of Japan.
Started performing MRP computer management system.
1996 Began to build self-own plant, and Japan Panasonic' top branches
YUKITA SANTEC CO., LTD visited firstly.
1997 New factory was set up in July including two production buildings and one dormitory building.
1998 GE visited firstly.
1999 Self-designed mogul base ( E39 ) porcelain lampholder passed GE and Listed by UL and
CUL that's successfully shipped to GE Lighting System Div. of USA.
2000 Started business with GE Appliance Div. ( GE Appliance Park ) in USA with the first item of a
medium base porcelain lampholder, Cat. No. A-90 series used for kitchen ovens.
2001 ISO 9001: 2000 quality system performed and granted by DNV.
Started business with GE HEP ( Home Electric Products ) Div.
2002 Started business with Electrolux Inc. in USA that also started by A-90 series lampholders.
Started Business with Toshiba Co. of Japan thru Prisource Ele. Co.
2003 ERP computer system implemented in all fields of company.
Built four production buildings and three dormitory buildings.
Started business with Koizumi Co. of Japan;
started to implement TS16949 quality system for the parts of electrical appliance.
2004 Total annual production of each item of product breach 1 hundred million pcs.
Started business with Cooper Inc. of USA.
2005 Started business with Cooper Inc. of Frence and Mabe/GE Inc. in Mexico.
Started business with Mitsubishi Co. of Japan thru WinPac Trading Co.
2006 Contacted firstly with Schneider Inc. in France.
Started business with Electrolux Inc. of Europe.
2007 Whrilpool Inc. in USA visited firstly and finished development for the
first cooperated items of terminal blocks for them.
ISO9001:2000 quality system was changed to be granted by CQC, China.
Contacted firstly with NEC Co. of Japan thru Prisource Ele. Co.
Contacted firstly with Nihon Colmo Co. of Japan.
2008/2009 All of our people made great efforts to maitain with a good performance and finally we
got through this severe global economic rescession.
2010 we upgraded for ISO 9001：2008 edition and implemented and granted on
ISO 14001:2004 environment management system.
